Shipping Time
We ship directly from our European warehouse. For most EU countries, delivery typically takes between 5 to 9 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over 60€: Free shipping
- Orders below 60€: 5.99€ shipping charge
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products, which are subject to deterioration or rapid expiration and may be altered by improper storage, returns for hygiene and customer protection reasons are limited. Therefore, the right to return, replace, or request a refund is only applicable in cases of non-conformity with the order (i.e., if the product or packaging is clearly damaged upon delivery or if incorrect items or quantities were received).
Incorrect Address
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the product has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. In the event the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you may request a refund, which will be processed after the goods are returned to our warehouse. Please note that the refund will be issued minus the shipping fee of 5.99€.
