SHIPPING TIME
As we ship directly from our European Warehouse, shipping takes 5 to 9 business days for most EU countries.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders over 60€ = free
Orders below 60€ = 5.99€
RETURNS
Since this is the sale of food products, which are "at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly" and then being subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage, for hygiene and customer protection reasons, the right of or replacement or refund is not applicable. You are therefore granted the right to return the goods purchased solely for non-conformity of the order or products (i.e. for product or package manifestly damaged on delivery or incorrect quantities and/or typology compared to the order).
WRONG ADDRESS
If you entered the address incorrectly, please notify us promptly. If the communication of address change does not take place before shipping the product, the address cannot be changed. If the product doesn't get delivered, you can ask for a refund which will be processed only after the goods will come back to the warehouse. You can request a refund minus the shipping costs of 5.99 €
